International orders are sent with DHL Standard or Express Postage, with a tracking number. We do not accept responsibility for delay or loses in transit. We only post items to the address provided. All orders placed and paid for between 3:00pm (AEST) on Friday and 9:00am (AEST) on Monday will be processed on Monday or Tuesday. Orders can take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.

The pick up in-store option is a free, fast and friendly service! Simply select the Free Pick-up delivery option during checkout. Drop into 462 Bunnerong Rd, Matraville during store hours with your order number and your goods will be ready and waiting for you (you will receive a confirmation email once your item is ready to collect).

Within Australia - We offer FREE DELIVERY of all orders within Australia through Australia Post. 

International Postage - We offer international shipping for a flat rate of $10AUD. It is your responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country. We will not charge you Australian goods and services tax.

International Customs Fees

All customs fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with a purchase upon arrival overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fees.

We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase.

Ornate Workwear is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are applied during the shipment of your order. We do not offer refunds for these costs.

If an order is refused by a customer due to customs duties, taxes and/or fees and abandoned, Ornate Workwear will not provide a refund as Ornate Workwear does not provides in instances where customers change their mind after purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, an email will be sent to the email address provided when the order was placed. This email will include a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order.
